Motara FW began with a quiet conviction: true style should feel effortless and deeply personal. We design handcrafted footwear — slippers and loafers shaped with clean lines, calm textures, and details that whisper rather than shout. Each pair carries the influence of three places we love: the warmth of Lagos mornings, the restraint of London afternoons, and the exacting light of southern Spain.

Our velvet loafers, embroidered slippers, and personalized pairs are made in small, deliberate batches between our Lagos and Andalusian ateliers. Artisans in Nigeria and Spain — some from families who have shaped footwear for generations — cut Ghanaian velvet, Italian suede, hand-dyed adire, and fine Spanish calf by hand. Every silhouette is created with intention, built to feel familiar from the first wear, like it was always meant for your feet.
